1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on DramaFans infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice with sufficient detail for us to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material.

2. Required DMCA Notice Information

  • Your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone).
  • Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Exact URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing content.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include your contact details, the removed content location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

DramaFans may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright rules.
