What if the man blocking your dying son's ambulance is your own husband? On Jimmy's 8th birthday, a horrific accident leaves him fighting for his life. His stepmother Wendy rushes him into an ambulance, racing against time. But their path is blocked—by Wendy's husband Wayne, who is in a car with his mistress. He refuses to move, even using Jimmy's life to blackmail Wendy for her family fortune. Convinced Jimmy is her biological son, he watches coldly as the sirens wail. With the hospital facing a blood shortage and Jimmy fading fast, Wendy must break through her husband's cruel roadblock to save the boy she calls her own. A story of a mother's desperate love against a husband's shocking betrayal.
